MLBB tournament rules: a captain’s checklist

Understand roster requirements, match formats, check-in, result confirmation and prize rules before entering a RIGX tournament.

1. Check the competition format

BO1 means one game decides the match. In BO3, the first team to win two games wins the match; BO5 requires three wins. Check your division because the final may use a different format.

2. Prepare an eligible roster

RIGX welcomes all MLBB ranks. Check the specific competition requirements, account details and roster lock before registration. Captains choose their players and assess readiness.

3. Attend the scheduled match

Read the check-in window, grace period and no-show rules. A team’s device, connection and availability are its responsibility. Contact operations through Rules & support when an issue needs review.

4. Submit accurate results

Keep screenshots for each game. Use the result submission and opposing-team confirmation flow. Report disagreements through the dispute process rather than submitting an invented result.

5. Read the prize breakdown

The champion and runner-up awards go to their respective teams. The Finals MVP award is separate and is for one eligible player from the champion team, under the published selection rules.

6. Read the payment terms

Review the full current refund policy before paying. Participant withdrawal and no-shows after payment do not automatically qualify for refunds. Organizer cancellation, incorrect charges and applicable legal rights are handled under the published policy. This guide is a summary; the competition rules and terms accepted at registration govern the entry.
